This is an 8-page plain English version of the proposed Agreement negotiated by a Governance Group made up of three councillors from each council. It outlines how a water and wastewater CCO might look, if one went ahead (noting no decision has been made). This short booklet contains includes information on values, how a CCO might work, the roles of councils and information on assets, debt and shareholding. This was endorsed by all three Councils in June and July 2016. You can read the full Record of Agreement (see below) upon which this booklet is based.
